Two Bowls supplied with slicer & dicer are found broken. It was informed that the plastic bowls need not be sent back and a replacement will be given but now it is told that bowl need to be sent back to Naaptol.
Who has to bear the cost of replacement?
Spoken to two Ladies said to be Reshma and Jayshree on two ocassions and asked for the above statement in writing but refused and phone disconnected abruptly.
