The most corrupt department, they took a bribe of 3000 Rs. to replace a faulty meter or else they will fine me 50000 Rs and file a case of electricity theft. If a phase is not coming from the pole itself then what is it that i can do about it.
Everyone says Police is the most corrupt dept. but the truth is these overpayed underqualified idiots are the most corrupt living beings known to mankind.
Don't know if someone can do something for them.
