TELE MALL DICE BLADE BROKEN

I ordered tele mall dice-o-slicer AFTER SEEING AD ON TV on 21 nov.2010 and I RECIEVED on 25 nov vide memo no.4213.But the product received was not packed properly, when asked for replacement to delivery boy, he argued and said that, "it happens in transit". Next day when I used, its blades scatterd.

when we complained the same telephonoically, to M/S Reema EnterprisesLal kurti bazar, Ambala Cantt. Initially no body bothered, on follow up they gave false commitment that same will be replaced in 2 days, but no body turned up.

Then we made several calls to customer service of tele mall.

When i made 1st call to customer care executive, Mr.nikhil assured us to give satisfactory reply soon., but he didn't turned up

Again we called and had conversation with Ms.manisha, but didn't get any revert from her and lastly contacted to Ms Simmi today itself i.e.7 jan.

we called thrice for replacement of dice-o -slicer but didn't get any satisfactory reply/replacement of the product,

Ultimately we were forced to mail you for the same..

Kindly get it replaced immediately.
