Demanding downgrade charge

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Sourya Suvankar Swain, I am using DISH (vc no- 01505392041) tv for last 2.5yrs, & I was viewing gold pack (225 per month), actually before 3month there was some offer was going on, thst was if we recharge for 3month at a time then I can able to see gold saver pack (275 per month), this offer was provided by them. So i recharge my dish tv of amount 670 on 04-June & my last recharge date was updated to 06-Sept & I also able to see gold saver pack inpalce gold pack.

When I contacted them on 6-Sept and ask them wheather there is any charges applied if i will come to my Gold pack again. Then they told me that "no sir there was no charges demand from your side because this offer was provided by us". Then i told ok alright please activate my Gold pack again, they told me ok sir i forward your request (request no - 44578271) & kindly recharge immiedeitly. I told ok & then i recharged my dish of amount 500. But now they are telling me that if I downgrade my pack (that is Gold pack) then I have to give Rs 40 more. I was asking why I am going to give Rs 40 more because my package was upgraded due to you not for me. Then why i will pay, then they told me "sory sir we cant do anythink" I also asked them to repay my recharge amount but they dont.

Kindly help me Sir, what can I do?

Why I am going to give downgrade charge becasue upgrade was done by dish tv team not by me?
