I have purchased a NOKIA N79 from PLANET M. Acoording to the terms n conditions planet m have to provide the service for second year. I detected some problem in my handset and submitted it to the city center kolkata store . it's been more than 3 months they just assure me that it will get done soon. I m very unsatisfied . please suggest me what to do.
