I bought a Mototola Cellphone from Ms. Maru Enterprises, Vashi New Mumbay on 27 Feb. The set failed to function from the month of August which is still under warranty, and

was returned to the Service centre, namely, varad at vashi. Despite several telephone calls and personal trip to this shop, I

dont get a satisfactory reply from them. The service provided by

the staff is very very poor. It seems they are not bothered about

their reputation, if they have one, and I am really disgusted with their attitude.
