1. THE ABOVE PHONE WAS PURCHASED FOR RS 8000/ ON 06 JUN ie JUST TWO MONTHS BACK .THIS PHONE GOT WET IN THE RAIN WHICH WAS LYING IN THE POCKET OF MY SON WHILE DRIVING THE BULLET MOTORCYCLE . IMMEDIATELY THE PHONE WAS SECURED IN THE BAG TO AVOID GETTING IT WET.HOWEVER THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING . ON GIVING IT FOR REPAIRS THE SERVICE CENTRE IS INSISTING THAT IT IS NOT IN THE WARRANTY . SINCE THE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN MIS-USED IT MUST BE REPAIRED UNDER THE WARRANTY . IT IS SUCH AN EXPENSIVE SET . WHAT GOOD IS IT IN CASE IT GETS WET AT THE DROP OF A FEW DROPLETS OF RAIN AND STOPS WORKING . THIS AMOUNTS TO THE COMPANY MAKING SUB STANDARD SETS . THE COMPANY IS THUS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAUSING FINANCIAL LOSS AS WELL AS UNNECESSARY MENTAL HARASSMENT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
2. I REQUEST THAT THE REPAIRS MUST BE CARRIED OUT FREE OF COST, IT BEING UNDER THE LIABILITY OF WARRANTY.
3. PLEASE FIND ENCLOSED MY COMMUNICATION WITH THE COMPANY SINCE THEY ARE REFUSING TO COVER THE SET UNDER THE WARRANTY.
