Is Airtel closed their customer service call centers. I called to 198 lot of times to register a complaint about VAS. But they cannot connect to customer care executive. They only give a recoreded voice about activating and deactivating VAS and says 'thank you for calling to Airtel'.
Airtel published in their website that 198 is for customer complaints. What is this? Is aitel the only mobile service providers in India? I believe they think so.
