AIRTEL CALL RATE

How r u

Today i felt that i had mistaken choosing airtel... i m continuse customer of airtel from last 5-6 years and i belive that airtel is much better than ohters... but today when i talk with your customer care excutive and when i see our services than i feel thats its my mistake... bcoz i m always thinking airtel is better than other service providers...

I want to change my service with aircel..bcoz its call rate is lower than urs... and i send message to your portable facility No. 1900 on dated 27 Feb (sunday) timing was approx 5 Pm... and than instant i got message from 1901... after one day (monday)... i received a call from airtel customer service center... and she (i dont know her name) say me why u want to change... i tell him bcoz ur call rate is higher... she say me we will less ur call rate than why u want to change... i say her i like airtel..if airtel give me this facility... than its really a good for me... she say me after 48 hours u have activated this facility on ur no.

when i see after 48 hours and my call rate was same i again call at ur customer service center... i tell him everything again they say me there no any type of facility is not activate... i m shocked after listen about airtel service... but i again try and say him he again say me that facility will be activate after 48 hours

its really a amazing about airtel company and really than i felt its very much stupid company and my all faith is broken on ur company

bcoz position was again same after next 48 hours... very very much stupidity

i again try to all with ur customer service center bcoz i much use my mobile and if call rate is change its low my expenses... but position again same and i totally agree to switch airtel company and call

when i talk with ur executive than he ask some stupid question

1. on Which date u recharge ur mobile

2. from how much price u recharged

3. How u recharged like through mobile or coupan

Now can u tell me who remember that on which date he recharged his mobile... price and rechrging system may be can remember but date who know

i tell him 2 out of three than he say he cant help... again shocked... when u have unique id than u can check in our system... if u cant check than ur system is also bad.

i say him talked with me ur officer and officer talk with me like stupid...

he was looks uneducated as per his talking way... than i feel BSNL is better than airtel... bcoz i think BSNL customer care is uneducated...

he hold my mobile for 25 miunts and after than disconect my mobile

and after than i try many times but not connecting with ur company service center

really toooooo much bad i felt...

again today i talk on monrning at 11 am and than he (Mr. Dhara Singh and Miss Joyti) say me there is no any request like to change call rate or Number porablity... when he cant help than i say him call with ur officer and he hold me for 10.20 minuts...

when i found airtel earning money from call center calls... so hold for long time... but i not disconnect my call ur excutive disconect

MANY TIME I REGISTERD MY NO. IN DND BUT SITUATION IS SAME YAAR

now please request to u officers

please see this... money is not a big issue... issue is faith of customer in ur company and if u give this kind of response... its bad for ur company future..REALLY SHAMEFUL

and please give me also Email address and No. of ur seniours... if u not response than i will found it... as i found urs
