SUB: - Compliant against not repair my handset
Sir/Madam
Through this mail I want to inform you that I had given my Fly handset model name DS 200. In your authorized service centre CELLNET, Mahavir Enclave for repair of speakers & USB cables not working. I submit my handset before a month dated on 03.03.2010 against complaint no.4064. The handset was sent to the company by your service centre for repair. After 15 days when I had gone again in your service centre they had delivered handset to me but when I check it, the problem is still same as above. They had given a new receipt no. FIN103MPL10126, against my complaint. After 20 days again when I ask for my handset they had delivered it without repair. It is still not repaired and it is now in your company service centre. I am facing lots of problem without my handset & really not satisfy with your service.
Kindly I request you to take an immediate action against my complaint no.4585, or if no action is taken on your side, I will be constrained to take the case in consumer court at your cost and consequences. Hoping for urgent reply and action.
