MY FIRST AND LAST MISTAKE (complaint no DEL 6236)

I am very much disappointed with your services

I have logged a complaint on 23rd June and reminder on daily basis that my A/C is not working properly, till date no one visited my place

Please let me know why you people are not attending the complaint

Also let me know about your SLA

I have made a mistake in the month of April by buying a carrier DURACOOL 1.5 ton A/C
