I have purchased an 1 Ton Air-conditioner from Durga Electronics situated at 20 Naveen Park sahibabad Ghaziabad who is an authorised dealer of LG electronics.(Invoice no.-1409) After installation when I switched on the Air-conditioner there was an loud noise coming from it. I reported this problem to the Dealer, he said that contact Service center " it is not my cup of tea". I am continously requesting the dealer to get it replaced as it is a new Air conditioner. The dealer then said this is a common problem that is coming in 1 ton Air-conditioners. I told them at the time of selling you did not inform me about this. after that instance they are not even picking calls.
