I ordered a product named Easy Mop on 19th Sept and made payment online on 20th sept from Star CJ interent shopping. the company promised to deliver within 10 days, however after almost a month I have still not received the product. The customer complaints department only makes excuses and say they will call me back but after more than 7 complaints no one has called. They have taken my money and have not delivered the product.
