I'm supposed to recv a free gift from ebay against my purchase made on December 22nd.2012.

Service request Number # 12446971386 (given by eBay customer support)

As per their policy free gift should be dispatched within 45 days from the date of transaction. but not recd my gift yet.

I'm very much disappointed by eBay customer support.

Please look into this matter and kindly resolve ASAP.
