Unsatisfied with the Customer Service

I had purchased a refrigerator from "Next Retail India Ltd, Next New Aundh, Aundh, Pune - 421007" with Bill No 01197, dated 16.01. Product Code "REF-EKL-280LT-EDL284-PCM, FF-EG". The product came with a scratch in the Side Bottle Tray and person have delivered the product with confirmation that the tray will be replaced with in a week. When contacted after a week, they asked when the complaint was launched and found that the complaint has to be placed with the Company and no one has done it. After conitnuous followups, technician came and verified and informed that a complaint has been launched and it will be replaced with in 15 days. When again contacted, the complaint has been closed with a note that part is not available and a new complaint has been launched and still now it is pending.

Now a new problem is that colling is not working and it has become a show piece. I am really repenting "why did i purchase an electrolux product and that to from NEXT. Is there any one to resolve the issue.
