I have an electrolux refrigerator bought in august. The fridge is in full warranty as you can see. It stopped working on the 20th of May. On calling the call center at 39404040 - I was given a complaint number 2005100509 with the assurance that someone will attend to my fridge in 24 hours. This seems to be the longest 24 hours in their life and my patience is wearing out. They just do not care.
I guess the selling or the service does not matter to them. They have just gotten too complacent. If something is not done by tomorrow then I plan to go to the press about them and the dealer who sold me the fridge as well.
