Hi, I had bought a Electrolux Double Door Fridge on 31.03.09 from M/s. Gunjan Radio, Harda, on 05.02.11 my fridge was not working hence I did complaint to the dealer, after follow up of 2 days he had given me Mobile No. of Mr. Vahid, Proprietor of M/s. Smart Service Centre, Harda your authorised service centre in Harda. Vahid sent some another person who did not diagnose the problem and open PCB of fridge and bring with him for repairing, after 2 days he came and fix the PCB but still fridge was not working, on 13.02.11 I strickly told to Mr. Vahid then he came to my home to attend the complaint first time and said fan of the fridge is not working and replace the fan, now it is working, but Mr. Vahid has charged Rs.1140/-for this, details is hereunder:-

Fan Rs.595/-

PCB Rs.295/-

Service Charges Rs.250/-

The Authorised Service Centre is cheating to the customers and no responsible person/agency is available to look after the problems of the customers in Harda
