First of all complaint responded after one week and than service person came after more one week. Finally he told that it will be repaired under warrantee and took 200 Rs. as advance (for gas filling which doesn't come under warantee). Than three days later he told that by mistake wrong parts has been issued so it will take two more days. After a week later person told that some other person will come in one or two days. After that the other person told that warantee period is over so can't be repaired. When we asked to return the advance money the first person is telling he will return withiin a week. Now money gone, both the person are not even picking the call, costomer care is helpless and service center person is telling it was our fees, what a brilliant work force and what a quality service they provide taking money but not at all responding and telling it is our fees for visiting your home for seeing your bloody faces. Great going. Now i am using that refrigerator as a shoe keeper outside my main gate.
