I purchased a Electrolux Kelvinator double door refrigerator Model 270 Luxury FF from a local dealer M/S. A-one Electronics, Maninagar, Ahmedabad on 28/02. Registration No. 925024783-40901186. Somewhere in October it developed some problem and cooling stopped. I lodge a complaint to the company's help number. A person from local service center came to inspect and charged Rs.250/- for inspection. It was given to understand that the compressor was needed to be replaced. I consented for the replacement. Nothing has happened than. On my inquiry i was told that the compressor was not forthcoming from the company. I again lodge complaint in december. Complaint number is 8-12-09-542. Nothing has been done so far by the company. This is a sorry state of affairs on the service part of the company. I need your intervention. Please help
