Deactivation of services

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Air Tel Prepaid Customer. My Mobile Number is 9163632190 (Kolkata Airtel)

Every day Re .1 being deducted from my prepaid balance towards jokes & news,

I tried to contract number of times through customer care '121' but could not contract,

every time line was busy. Now request you to deactivate the other services & stop the

deduction immediately and restore in to normal one.
