Complain was logded with vijay sales for after sales ervice complaint no. 1007B240025. When attended, feedback given to me that control panel could not be repaired. I requested to replace the same. which was supposed to be done in months time which has not happened even after 4 months.
Can it be helped or should sell my microwave to scrap. Post sales service by eletrolux can be so pathetic is unimaginable.
