I have bought a new 710 Lt. refrigerator from reliance mart gurgaon in oct. on 2nd of Aug It stopped working and i booked a complain on the same date complaint no. 8001211356. first of all the after calling for 4 continuous days the executive arrived and said that there is some problem in PCB and its going to be resolved in two working days. Now since then i am calling daily at 011-26785098 but they r not picking up my phone. i also do have three cell nos of their executives 8800095623 / 8800092023 & 8800092024. out of which two nos. are switched off most of the times and the third one is on leave on maximum occasions.
Its 10th already and still i am not getting any proper responce from their side.
Confused and dont understand what to do.
