Service centre -poor response

Complaint no. KLBO 426076 dated 26 April. Rep visited on 29 April (after 72 hrs). Gave estimates and informed that fridge has to be taken to service centre for repairs. It was agreed to. Rep informed that fridge would be taken away the next day. However there has been no response from service centre (till 5 May) despite repeated requests. This is so disturbing and harassing.
