In I purchased an Electrolux double-door refrigerator. The model number is ERP 285FF. About 2 weeks ago, it stopped working (cooling). Since it has not been working, I called the Electrolux head office (1860-200-1212) and complained on August 18th. They gave me a complaint number - 1808110002. On August 19 a service person was sent to my home and he told me that the compressor was not working. He assured me that he could get it replaced within 2 days. When I called after 2 days, they said that the compressor is not available in the Bangalore office so they had to get it from the Chennai office. After continuous follow-ups from my side, the compressor came in banglore office on 30th aug but still they are not ready come and repair my fridge. I would like to take serious action against them.
