Charging extra money for service and parts

This is Baljit Singh s/o s. Amrik Singh v.p.o.-sohian kalan district-Amritsar. I bought a water purifier from perfect ro water purifier roopowali road, adda kathunangal, Amritsar-143001 (pb) India. After installed water purifier they charged 1500 rupees for every time they visited for service. They also charged extra money when they changed any parts of water purifier.
