Poor after sale service

I purchased electrolux refrigerator from Pinki electronics sector 22, Chandigarh on 23.10.2011 at 2.30 pm. The dealer dispatched the refrigerator at 9 Pm and intimated me telephonically. i kept on wailting till 11.50 PM but the delivery never reached to me. It reached to me at 8 am on 24.10.11. when asked cart puuler said it was late so he took the delivery at his cotage. I visited four time the shop of pinki electronics but received no response. One foot of fridge was not working hence unable to stood streight. please do something to set right this company my phone no. is 9888883599, #4660, sector 70, mohali. Pinki electronics do not pick the phone. I could not serve cold drinks to visitors on the eve of diwali.
