Dear Sir,
It is matter of regret that my Electrolux washing Machine which was purchased from Murli Manohar Dealer at City Centre Sector IV kept giving problems right from the beginning. It is out of order since 12.10.2009. Despite making several complaints, service centre at Bokaro is not taking any care. The approach of service centre staff is quiet humiliating and dissatisfying. It has shaken our trust in the brand Electrolux itself which claims itself to be a global brand.
It is requested that matter be taken on priority and my complaint rectified or I may be forced to knock the door of consumer forum.
