ON 28TH FEB THE PERSON VISITED AT MY HOME AND TOLD US THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN GEARBOX OF MACHINE AND IT NEED TO BE CHANGED AND. HE TOLD THAT THIS PART WILL BE CHARGED ABOUT RS 700/-. BUT THE MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD SO HE ASKED ME TO CALL ON COMPANIES TOLL FREE NUMBER TO REGISTER THE COMPLIANT. AND SAME DAY I REGISTERED A COMPLIANT ON THE TOLL FREE NUMBER 18602001212 COMPLIANT NO. IS PCHD2802110026. BUT AFTER 15 DAYS OF REGISTERING MY COMPLIANT THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM COMPANY. WHEN I CALL THE SAME TOLL FREE NUMBER TO CHECK STATUS THEN THE RESPONSED THAT AN ENGINEER HAS VISITED TO MY HOUSE ON 07-02 AND FOUND THAT THE GEAR SYSTEM IS TO BE CHANGED AND THE SAID PART IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM. I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT NO PERSON HAS VISITED TO MY HOUSE AFTER 28TH FEB. AND THE SAME PART WHICH IS AVAILABLE WITH THEM FOR PAYMENT AND FOR WARRANTY THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO PART AVAILABLE
