I lodge complain at customer care that my washing machine is not working. They asked " is it in warranty" I say "no". they start asking excuse and say there is no service centre near by. After lot of request The service eng. visited to home but unable to define the problem and when I asked what will be the total cost of repair (approx) He made a sorry figure. I want to ask WHY THIS MULTI NATIONAL SELL THERE PRODUCT BY SHOWING BEAUTIFUL ADVERTISING ONCE THEY CAN'T PROVIDE AFTER SELL SERVICE. They come to India and sell there product for one or two year then say bye. I thing CHINA product are better than this company at-lest we know that it can not be repaired.
