Electrolux washing machine
Complaint not entertained

Dear Sir,

It is matter of regret that my Electrolux washing Machine which was purchased from Digiworld sector-18, Great India place, Noida is not working right from the beginning. Wash Selection knob is out of order from 10 july. Despite making several complaints, service centre at Noida is not taking any care. The approach of service centre staff is quiet humiliating and dissatisfying. Now they have stopped taking our calls. It has shaken our trust in the brand Electrolux itself which claims itself to be a global brand.

It is requested that matter be taken on priority and my complaint rectified or I may be forced to knock the door of consumer forum.
