Malfuctioning of my bikes

Espected sir,

I buyed YO-EXL on 16th sept from your lucknow dealer- 'Ms. Habiba yo-bikes' with a promise that it will run 75km after full charging.but after buying I realize that it was a false promise. It drove maximum 56km after recharge and now its average has came down to 15 km per full charge in a year.

The features of the electric bike that i have witnessed are :-

>very costly

>bad performance

>battery goes down very early

>takes very much time in charging (approx. 12hr)

>very fragile body fibre

>when vehicle gets punctured, you cannot move the bike otherwise tyre tube will be torn apart.

>during rain, if water gets into its back tyre, vehicle stops functioning.

>maintainence is more costly in comparesion with other two-wheelers (engine bikes)

>during servicing dealer changes the battery.

>company does not gives the battery no. to the customer.

I have been complaining to the dealer as well as to the company, for the battery, charger & body frame of the vehicle for the last 1 year but still their has been no positive response from either side.

I hope that my case will be addressed soon.
