Service centre is not attending complains

I have registered one complain to customer Care and my complain no. is GZB2104110128 and its now somewhere around 15 days but no one has attend the complain. when we enquire about the complain with customer care we got the update that complain is attended and closed kindly let me know that how it is possible and which kind of customer serivices electrolux is providing.
