This is to inform you that I have purchased Electrolux AC on 7/8 Model: EA 24SCRDA1 PNC.No. - 929306509 it stopped working on 29/4. I have registered complaint Electrolux Complaint Center. I have got the number of Service center name as ADREAM located at B23 katju nagar Kolkata -700032 . As per initial diagnosis it has been found by them that there is problem in a compressor (under guarantee period) and need to be changed. As guided we have handed over the compressor and after a rigorous follow up for almost 12 days they have sent the compressor and charged Rs. 2500 altogether.
But during the installation it has been found by them that the same is still not working. When i have called Mr. Subrato Das (head of the service centre) he confirmed that it is not his look out and he is not concerned if the same is working or not .. he was very rude while talking... I have been suffering & harassed by your services ad after paying a amount also there is no resolution has been provided. I must convey that the service is very pathetic and people who are associated with it, is uncultured and arrogant and doesn't want to extend the required service..
