I have purchased a Kenstar Karishma (Food Processor) from "emartindia.in" as I have got a Gift Voucher from Videocon worth Rs. 2500. The price of the food processor was Rs. 5500, so I redeemed my gift voucher of Rs. 2500 and paid rest of the amount, i.e. Rs. 3000 through HDFC Netbanking on 24/05. The reference no. for that transaction is 524100347. The amount of Rs. 3000 has been deducted and the gift voucher is also been redeemed, so the amount has been paid in full. At that time, it showed that the Food Processor will be delivered in 10 days, It has been nearly 15 days and it is not delivered. No one is responding on their Contact No. and there is no information related to my order on that site anymore. Please help me get the product I ordered or the refund of my money as soon as possible.
