Stand was fixed to the water puaraifie

I have purchased Aqua guardi water puarifier bearing unit no 6004717 for Rs 13300 on 22-08 through agent Mr Srinivas and was errected and started functioning. But no stand was supplied and fitted to the instsrument. It was only put on a wooden stool. I made phones several times to the agent and also to the local dealer in nellore but invain.. Pl let the instrument may be fitted to the stand in a proper way.
