With reference to complaint no. 0061574051 raised on 18th March I have been following up almost on daily basis with Eureka Forbes customer helpline no. and been given false commitments that engineer will visit and fix the problem with my RO system.
My RO is covered under AMC wide contract receipt no. 45, form no. 20322940 with M/s Shanker's Services (authorized service franchisee of Eureka Forbes Ltd.) from 20th Aug to 19th Aug.
As of now, the status is same, no resolution/response to above problems... you can very well understand that the raw water condition in Surya Nagar is pathetic and without a working RO system, drinking water becomes a huge problem and issue for survival as such.
Despite my all explanation of the gravity of problem, there is no respite...
This is the height of frustration that a customer can sustain with this kind of irresponsible attitude and customer handling.
