I have bought a Water Purifier (RO) from m/s Eureka Forbes Ltd thru their Raipur Location on 28/07. On 09/09/10 it stoped working, after complaint to their local service centre but no body bothered to attend the complaint in time. After 2 days a machenic came and announced that some part is burnt which will be replaced when it will be supplied from their local head office. The Water purifier is still idle and I have telephoned several times to them but no body resposing for solving complaint. They always say that someone will come to repair the machine. I am shocked to think, a company like Eureka Forbes render this kind of service. For future I will think 1000 times to purchase or refer their products...
