Vacuum Cleaner-Hose Pipe Replacement

I Purchesed Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner on 05/01. Within two weeks of purchase the main pipe of the vaccuum cleaner was cracked. The Vaccuum Cleaner's guarantee period is not over. We have given complaint to customer care of Eureka Forbes. Complaint No. 84402513 on 25/02, 84501327 on 14/03 and third complaint no. 84928074 on 08/06.

Till date there has been no action against these complaints. Please do the needful as early as possible.
