Dear sir/mam,
i was purchased exide battery IT 500 invatubler as on date 9-12 from GANSONS ENGINEERS & TRADERS, after eight to ten months the battery have a problem in it & it was not giving backup, i had complained to dealer and he had provided me the service battery, but from that time he is not giving my battery, & also want the transporting charge rs 400 from me.
please tell me is it valid? that under warranty the transport charges will given by customer?
