Not working properly

I Mr Vinod kumar rajak has purchased a Inva Tubular Battery from your dealer MVR Enterprises Bistupur Jamshedpur battery type IT-500 on dated 13/10/09 Batch no 1WA Serial no-98248, it is not properly functioning from last 1 year I have previously made a complain at Madhupur Dist: Deoghar (Jharkhand) on 04/07 as presntly I am residing at Madhupur, Meena Bazar, Bank colony, Dist: Deoghar the problem was taken up but the problem still persist my problem is that battery in showing that it is full charge but it is not providing back-up.
