Hi,

My Reliance CDMA number is 09393416945. On 21st jan i received a message stating "You have been successfully subscribedto My Music Station service at Rs.30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe Dial TollFree 56785401 or SMS Unsub 1839 to155223". The Service was started without my Initiation or my approval and Rs.30 was deducted from my balance. When i called the Tollfree number for unsubscription i got my 30Rs. back however Rs.6/min was deducted on account of calling that TollFree number. When it was clearly stated in your message that it is a TollFree number how can you charge me for calling that number. Moreover please explain me how could you start any Value Added Service without my request or approval. I want my Balance to be paid back within 48hours and an explanation for starting VAS without my approval.

In case i do not get sufficient resolution i am going to file a written complaint against Reliance-CDMA group along with all the proofs in Consumer Court for compensation for the harassment i am facing.
