I bought 1 laptop and 1 mobile from E-zone on 16-April total cost Rs. 4- . Future Group (parent comapny of E-zone) is running festival shopping offer in which they give you ponits which can be reedem to get free gifts. E-Zone retail in Gurgaon cetral mall is not aware of any such offer though they have put big banners in front of there mall, when I asked for points against my bill of 4-, they said they don't have headers to give the points, it will be done in 2 days. When I again contacted him after two days they again said they don't have headers to give points and they keep on saying this for next 2 weeks.
I agin went to the e-zone store, their sales executive Mr. Alok said sir "Hume to bus itna pata hai ki hum abhi points nahi de sakte... aap hamare magaer se baat karo"..ridiculous
They should not sell products if their employee are not awre of the offers.
E-zone store make fool of their customers like this only. Guys before making any purchase make sure E-zone employees are aware of offer they are showing in banners.
