Pathetic Service of Faber in Bangalore

I purchased Faber chimney and hub in 2003. The product was regularly serviced by a company in Bangalore till few years back. The service was changed to Vikrant Enterprises (Ulsoor, Bangalore) after that. One month back (June) they came for service of both Chimney and hub. They had broken some of the screws connecting the hub burner and they promised replacement within few days. It is more than 1 month now and despite repeated calls to them, they are not coming to replace the screws broken by their engieers. It is a pathetic service and I am not sure how to get this fixed now.
