Dear Sir,
I would like to your kind attention that I had bought a Glassy 60cm SS Faber Chimney from Faber- authorised dealer M/s Sales Emporium, 443, Jessore Road, Kolkata-74, on 09.01.09 (attached Memo no- CR/03498/1 dated- 09.01.09). Model mentioned on the Cartoon is GLASSY HIP 605 (Stainless Steel) and Sr no- 703049634. But unfortunately, I got attached Oven Warranty certificate Card & Manuals from the cartoon of the Chimney. During servicing, Faber service I found Warranty card is wrong and Faber put Oven warranty card instead of Chimney. Sr no mentioned in this card is 070386957 and even the dealer also signed and stamped blindly.
Then I talked with above dealer and as per their advise, I had handed over the original oven Waranty Card to them in the month of september'09 . They assured me that within 3 months Fabder will send the actual Chimney Warranty card to my address. Even I have talked to Faber Eastern Regional office- Kolkata but y Mr. D. Mitra could not give any assurance. He told me that he had talked with Faber Pune-office but as per them Warranty card was issued correctly with chimney.
Faber is good reputed company and we can expect the better service from them. But I am sorry to say that Faber are not helping me for the same. This fault is from Faber side, then why I will suffer.
Please look into the matter and arrange the original Warranty Card at the earliest.
