I have buy a new electric chimney on march. They said for warranty and life time warranty the ask to mail all the product bill, s.no of product, all the details throught courier or poster to company address. I have send all the duplicated copy of details to company on april.when i ask for warranty in customer care first time they told we have not recieved the document on your product ID, they ask to send second time.so I have send second time all details to compliant they send references IDNO: CHN 12169679 and the warranty will deliver within 15 days.i have wait for 1 month yet i not recieved warranty, when i call to customer care they told within 15 days you recieve it. After 2month july they telling server problem we will processing soon your request... they cheating us without giving warranty, if i call lock for service means they asking for warranty.this company making more trouble to me.
