Failure of Mobile Phone in 10 days of its use

The Mobile handset Nokia 5130c (S. No. 358268030609432) was purchased on 1st of January from company's authorised dealer Hotline Communications, Karol Bagh, New Delhi vide bill number 7575 dated 01-01.

The mobile has stopped working as it goes OFF when the receiving call is taken by pressing the call key. I had a highly embaracing situation when recently in Kuwait and Abudhabi and I was suddenly i was out of contact for highly urgennt business and personal matters. Even my out going calls totally put OFF the phone when when attended. HIGHLY SERIOUS, INCONVENIENT as I suffered a lot on account of URGENT matters. Need urgent support from company. Whether the Company has started manufacturing such highly unreliable products which do not completely undergo the complete Inspection and QC Tests?

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AS I CAN CARRY OUR MY ROAMING JOB WITH SUCH UNRELIABLE INSTRUMENTS. Should I buy a new Cell Phone of any other make???
