Sound problem

Dear Sir, i hv purchased a music system of f & d company on 30.10.2012 from your vip showroom. from day of purchase i am facing sound problem of music system. than i have called in showroom for the same. somebodey is came for repaire but still my problem is layaing same. finaly i have submited my music system in vip road kolkata show room on 10.06. but still i hv not recevied my system. when i go your vip road showroom sales man Mr. Bharat said me ho jayega but abhi tak hua nahi. even last sunday mr bharat (Sales Boy) is not replaying write way. its my humble request to pls look in to this matter and do the needful.it will very greatful for me if my system will repaire.
