Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Lemon IQ 707 from a renouned shop in Kolkata. They confirmed that Lemon has a Service Centre. Its true they have but service quality is very poor.

I have purchased the handset on 4th May. The charger stopped working from 6th June. Post which I started using the data cable for charging the mobile. The data cable also stopped working from 22nd June. I had been to the service centre on 21st June they said it needs to be replaced and it will take a weeks time. I have submitted my charger to Bilennium sales and Service on 21t June. Job sheet no LASPWB004R277 IMEI No. 351612040126341. But it is yet to be addressed. I asked one of my friend to call the service centre saying that he wants to purchase a Lemon charger mentioning the model no. They confirmed that they have it. I called them up after an hour or so to confirm about my charger replacement. They said it will take a weeks time.

Its really disgusting. Further if you purchase a mobile and the TAT is 15 days to a month, does it make sense to buy such a brand product.

I had writted a mail to the company a month back but they didnt even bother to revert on the same till date.
