Poor response and Poor quality

I purchased a watch on the 1st of Oct from on the leading shop (PR&SON), I found the watch not working on the second day, when i took the watch to stores for a replacement, poor response was given and the same was confirmed that the problem was fixed in 2 minutes time...

the same problem started after 10 minutes...

is that the quality of a branded watch which you produce???
