We bought the refrigerator in question on 18th August. For the first year, it worked fine. However, afterwards, it started tripping - Only the freezer works but the rest of the refrigerator does not. during the past three years, we have registered our complaint with the Customer Care Centre 18 times through my registered mobile no. 9899014326 (It may be verified from the available records of complaints e register. Every time, the person comes for attending the complaint, he takes his charges. We have spent a lot of money and energy as per their advice to get the components changed that they told us to be faulty. However, situation still is unchanged.
One of the repairman informed us that all the Refrigerators of this model have this fault. It leads us to believe that the company must provide the solution.
